North and South Korea agreed last month to schedule several cross-border reunions for families separated by the Korean War, which ended 60 years ago. But North Korea on Saturday backed out of the plan, which was scheduled to begin next Wednesday for the first time in three years. To blame? Certain conservatives in Seoul, who are accused of a "reckless and vicious confrontation racket" -- a claim Pyongyang makes often. Can't we all just get along?
