That must have been one great parade. Red Sox pitcher Jake Peavy said Saturday that he bought one of the duck boats that the team rode through the streets of Boston in during the World Series parade. The half-boat, half-truck vehicles are one of Boston’s icons, and are used for tours through the Charles River. Peavy must have been pretty excited: he tweeted a photo next to his new ride.
