Speaking in front of her parliament Thursday in advance of the European Union summit in Brussels, German Chancellor Angela Merkel threatened more sanctions on Russia after its annexation of Crimea. In addition, she said there will be no G8 meetings until the situation changes. The countries were due to be hosted by Vladimir Putin in Sochi in June.
