Crazier things have happened in Florida. On Thursday, the House agreed to legalize medical marijuana, which Gov. Rick Scott indicated he is ready to sign into law if the Senate similarly approves it. The 111-7 House vote allows doctors to prescribe low-THC cannabis for sufferers of severe epilepsy, cancer, muscle spasms, and some chronic conditions. The Senate is expected to approve and send it to the governor on Friday.
