Fifteen more players have signed up to join in the shaming the National Football League over concussions. Hall of Famer and former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino and 14 other players filed suit last week, adding their names to more than an estimated 5,000 former players suing in more than 300 similar cases. “On information and belief, the Plaintiff… sustained repetitive, traumatic sub-concussive and/or concussive head impacts during NFL games and/or practices,” the complaint reads, alleging the league misled players and concealed information. There are efforts to approve a proposed $765 million settlement for concussion litigation.
