A three-day manhunt produced a political and media consultant who the FBI says was intent on building a bomb "designed to maim or kill." Authorities raided the apartment of Ryan Chamberlain on Saturday, finding a model rocket motor, a circuit board, and other items to make an explosive device that they believe were going to be detonated remotely. He was arrested on Monday after posting an apparent suicide note on Facebook, and was charged on Tuesday with possessing an illegal destructive device. He faces a 10-year prison sentence and $10,000 fine.
