The Lakers will be one shoulder down for a while, after Kobe Bryant undergoes surgery to fix his torn right rotator cuff on Wednesday. Recovery time is not yet known for the basketball star, who will probably miss the remainder of the season, according to Coach Byron Scott. If so, this is the third season in a row that Bryant is forced to sit out due to an injury. He has one year left on his contract with the team.
