Tim Duncan is seeking more than $1 million in damages in a lawsuit against Charles Bank, a former sports industry executive and Duncan's "personal and financial advisor." The San Antonio Spurs player claims that Banks persuaded him to make a number of investments, including with the company that Banks was chairman of. "Banks has used these wineries and funds to secure substantial income for himself, but they have yet to return much, if anything, to Duncan," the suit claims.
