Thaddeus Murphy has been arrested in connection with a bombing of a NAACP office in Colorado Springs, Colorado, last month, police said. Charges have not been officially filed against Murphy, but investigators say they believe that a tax-filing business in the building may have the target of the bombing. Murphy has a felony theft on his record from 2008.
