The snow and frosty temperatures in Harlan, Kentucky, led the local police department to issue a joke warrant for Frozen’s Queen Elsa this week, writing in a Facebook post “Suspect is a blond female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song ‘Let It Go!’ As you can see by the weather she is very dangerous.” The department followed up with another message shortly afterward, saying that residents should be careful with the weather.
