The Federal Aviation Administration suspended all flights at New York City’s LaGuardia Airport after a Delta Air Lines plane bound for Atlanta skidded off a runway and crashed into a fence. A wintry mix created slippery conditions Thursday and hampered visibility. No serious injuries were reported, according to the FAA. The flight ban was later lifted.
