The first cold snap of the season is expected to bring freezing temperatures and snow to the Eastern U.S. this weekend. Meteorologists predict temperatures 20 degrees below average in parts of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, while parts of the Midwest may go as low as the 20s.
