Spectre, the latest installment of James Bond, killed at the box office with an estimated $73 million, according to studio estimates Sunday. Daniel Craig’s fourth appearance as 007 topped the debut of the 3-D computer-animated The Peanuts Movie, which brought in $45 million. Both movies helped revive box offices after an overall slump during the month of October. Spectre is the second-biggest Bond opening, just behind Skyfall, which brought in $88.4 million in 2012. The Martian, starring Matt Damon, came in third with $9.3 million in its sixth weekend.
