Despite everyone hoping the FBI would seize the Wu-Tang Clan album purchased by notorious pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli, the agency confirmed that it had not done so. Shkreli was arrested Thursday and faces seven counts of securities fraud and wire fraud for an alleged “Ponzi-like” scheme. He purchased the single-copy rap album for $2 million dollars earlier this year.
