A man has turned himself in to a Bronx police precinct after an anonymous tipster claimed the unnamed individual had pledged allegiance to ISIS and was planning on shooting police officers in both New York and Philadelphia. It is unclear if the individual will face any charges, but he will be questioned by detectives. NYPD had issued an alert to its officers just hours before the man turned himself in.
