Disney announced Wednesday that it has pushed back the release date of Star Wars: Episode VIII from May 26, 2017 to Dec. 15, 2017. The new date will place its release only a few days before that of Avatar 2. And instead of Star Wars, Disney will release the new Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales in May 2017.
