D.C. Area Sees More Than 30 In. of Snow

Seven locations in the D.C. area have been blanketed with more than 30 inches of snow, according to running totals by the National Weather Service. Storm Jonas has slammed the East Coast and brought the country's busy Northeast corridor to a standstill. More than 8,000 flights have been cancelled and an emergency travel ban is in effect in New York City.
