Steely Dan singer Donald Fagen may no longer face an assault charge stemming from a physical altercation with his wife Libby Titus earlier this month. An anonymous source told The Wrap that Fagen appeared in a New York court Monday and agreed to an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal. According to Rolling Stone, Fagen was arrested in early January for grabbing and pushing Titus, causing her to fall and bruise her arm.
