After a somewhat brutal night for Marco Rubio, in which he was mocked for pivoting to his stump speech when assailed by Governor Chris Christie, someone created the Twitter account @RubioGlitch to mock him. "My closing statement: Citizens, this notion that Barack Obama doesn't know what he's doing is fiction. He knows exactly what he's doing," one of the tweets reads. They all end with that last line.
