The owner of a Carmel, California, restaurant told TMZ that Bill Murray grabbed a fan’s phone and threw it off a roof after the camera-shy star saw him taking photos. Scott Rose, who owns Vesuvio, said Murray wasn’t drinking when he threw a fit. By the time police showed up, Murray was gone.
