South Korean officials confirmed the country's first case of the mosquito-borne Zika virus. A 43-year-old man who recently returned from Brazil was diagnosed on Tuesday and was being treated in Gwangju city, according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. The World Health Organization declared a global health emergency over the Zika virus as it continues to spread across Brazil and the Americas.
