Hillary Clinton won the Washington, D.C. primary Tuesday, formally concluding the Democratic primary race. Clinton also had a 90-minute private meeting with rival Bernie Sanders. Despite Clinton securing enough delegates to win the nomination last week, Sanders has refused to bow out, concede, or endorse Clinton. Representatives for both campaigns called the meeting “positive.”
