Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte says he will not back down on his “shoot to kill” order against drug dealers. “I don’t care about human rights, believe me,” he said at a press conference on Saturday. Roughly 800 people have been killed since he won his election in May, and the president has vowed to kill tens of thousands. “This campaign [of] shoot-to-kill will remain until the last day of my term if I’m alive by then.”
