According to a new Federal Election Commission filing, Donald Trump's campaign is spending and raising less than that of Hillary Clinton. In July, Clinton spent almost $49 million through money raised for Hillary for America. Trump's campaign spent about $18.4 million that month with a majority of the money going towards Giles-Parscale, a web-design firm. Additionally, almost $7.7 million was paid to Trump companies or family members.
