At least two people are dead and many are missing after a parking garage that was under construction collapsed Monday in Tel Aviv. Rescue workers are searching for seven people who are believed to be trapped under the rubble, while at least 20 were injured in the accident. The first collapse hit a construction crane, which caused more of the structure to be brought down. Officials believe the rest of the building could come down as well, and have moved bystanders and residents away from the area as a precaution.
