Donald Trump’s presidential campaign is reportedly ending his “blacklist” of certain media organizations. According to CNN’s Brian Stelter, the new policy will go into effect Thursday, allowing publications like The Daily Beast, BuzzFeed, Politico, and The Washington Post, among others, to gain access to his events. “I figure they can’t treat me any worse!” Trump said of the press. The blacklist was widely condemned, causing some to question whether Trump would employ a similar practice in the White House press briefing room if elected president.
