Nelash Mohamed Das, a 24-year-old Maryland man, has been charged with plotting to attack a member of the U.S. military on behalf of ISIS, according to federal prosecutors. Das is a citizen of Bangladesh who came to the United States decades ago. According to court documents, he started to show support for the terror group online and then met in person with someone who he thought was a fellow supporter but ended up being an FBI source. The two of them then plotted the attack for which Das believed he could be paid $80,000 by a contact in Iraq.
