Several media outlets, including Al Jazeera, are broadcasting Facebook Live video of the high-risk anti-ISIS offensive on the terror group’s Mosul stronghold. In particular, Al Jazeera’s Facebook page featured the footage via a feed from the Associated Press that showed Kurdish fighters dancing in the streets after early skirmishes. Turkish state media said early Monday that Kurdish ground forces had taken seven villages in the complex operation to end the self-proclaimed Islamic State’s occupation of the Iraqi city.
