Former Rep. Chaka Fattah was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison for his federal crimes. The 59-year-old Democrat from Pennsylvania was convicted in June on all corruption charges—bribery, racketeering, money laundering, bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, and filing false statements—and resigned his seat several days later. Fattah will begin his prison term Jan. 25, 2017.
