Disagreements over evacuation plans in Aleppo, Syria, have prompted wretched conditions among residents, according to reports. Some residents have been forced to sleep in the streets in freezing weather. Others have little or no food. The disagreements were over evacuations from another Syrian city, Idlib. According to Syrian state media, buses began transporting civilians out of eastern Aleppo on Sunday afternoon. Around 1,200 people will be evacuated from the besieged city.
