Chicago heads to the polls Tuesday to vote for their next mayor. The big question: Can Rahm Emanuel get 50 percent of the vote? The former White House chief of staff is the odds-on favorite to become mayor, but he’ll need more than half the votes in order to avoid a runoff with the second-place candidate in April. A recent Chicago Tribune poll had Emanuel at 49 percent.
