A Chinese bus carrying members of a local opera company crashed and fell off a cliff Tuesday, killing 20 people and injuring 13, state media reported. The Xinhua news agency reported the accident happened near Linzhou city in the Henan province. A rescue effort and investigation was underway, authorities said.
