Chris Brown’s neighbors are complaining about the street art he has made along his property in Hollywood Hills, although is lawyer called it harassment on Saturday. Neighbors claim the monsters and the other murals are scaring children. “It’s like devils on the wall—big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to,” said Patti Negri, the president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, said it’s the neighbors who are harassing Brown, calling them “neighborhood busybodies.” “They’re trying to suspend the First Amendment,” Gergaos said.
