No matter what your politics, no matter how cynical you’ve become, no matter how much you think the Illuminati lizard overlord Freemasons run things and it’s all just a big konspiracy—if this video of Jurassic Park star Chris Pratt teaching his son the Pledge of Allegiance on a Norman Rockwellian front porch doesn’t bring a smile to your face, well, back to the tinfoil-lined concrete bunker with you.
It’s a good reminder that, in a time of rapidly escalating political nonsense and propaganda, at the end of the day we’re all at least tangentially and geographically on the same damn team. Also, kids are cute, and seeing a wholesome moment between father and son on the Internet is better than whatever the hell Grumpy Cat is doing today.
Plus, somebody in the next generation has to take out the regenerated dinosaurs.
