Five years after he was briefly held for her murder, Joran van der Sloot is now saying that he knows the location of Natalee Holloway's body and what happened to her the night the American teen disappeared in Aruba. But he won’t tell. He said he is waiting to reveal the information to Aruban police. Van der Sloot has been twice arrested and released due to lack of evidence in connection with Holloway's disappearance. He is currently being held in Peru after confessing to killing Stephany Flores, saying he attacked her after she read a Holloway-related email on his computer. His defense is planning to ask the judge to strike down the confession on the grounds that it was obtained without the presence of Van der Sloot's representation but Peruvian police say the confession was obtained "within all the requirements stipulated by Peruvian law."
