Hillary Clinton has declined to participate in a proposed debate moderated by Fox News in California after her opponent Bernie Sanders pushed for it and said he would participate. “As we have said previously, we plan to compete hard in the remaining primary states, particularly California, while turning our attention to the threat a Donald Trump presidency poses. We believe that Hillary Clinton’s time is best spent campaigning,” Jennifer Palmieri, her director of communications said in a statement.
