Clinton Defends Obamacare Comments

In an interview with CNN Espanol, former President Bill Clinton addressed the uproar over his comments that President Obama should keep his word and allow people to stay on their current plans. Many saw his statement as him distancing Hillary Clinton from Obamacare for 2016. "I was trying to be supportive of him," Clinton said. "I don't think you can find anybody in America who's worked harder for his reelection or supported this bill or went out of his way to explain the bill to the American people more than I did." Clinton also argued that he did not get out in front of the administration, as by that point the president had addressed the broken promise.
