Cologne police on Saturday said that the number of reports of violence made during New Year's has reached 379, Agence France-Presse reports. About 40 percent of those are cases of sexual violence. Police said that the people suspected of being behind the attacks are "mostly people from North African countries" who are either seeking asylum or in the country illegally.
