Reuters is reporting a new network called BlueLine will bring the force online for information sharing and collaboration on general policing issues as well as specific cases. The LAPD will be first to beta-test the new social site, which developers say will have the "like " and "share" buttons we're used to, as well as the ability to post photos and videos.
