Flew into Irish airspace with transmitters off.

Several passenger planes were forced to change course mid-air inside Irish-controlled airspace to avoid “cloaked” Russian bomber jets, according to a report in the Irish Examiner. Tu-95 bombers crossed into civilian airline traffic lanes on February 18, defying Ireland’s request for Russian aircraft not to fly into its airspace without advance notice.
