Now that Newt Gingrich has won the South Carolina primary and is posing the greatest threat to Mitt Romney's chances of winning Florida, he's actually being taken seriously as the potential GOP nominee for the presidential election. This reality, apparently, has pushed conservative members of the media into high gear, slamming the former speaker on everything from his infidelity to his relationship with Ronald Reagan. Ann Coulter, the National Review, the American Spectator and Tom DeLay have all railed against Gingrich in the past 24-hours.
