Contador, 27, had tears in his eyes as he addressed the crowd with his trademark finger-gun gesture and slipped on the yellow jersey. The 20th and final stage, a 63.7-mile stretch from Longjumeau to Paris’ Champs-Elysees, is traditionally ceremonial, making any attacks unlikely.
