A former Los Angeles police officer wanted for murder was apprehended in Mexico on Tuesday, ending a two-month manhunt for the fugitive. Henry Solis, 27, was arrested in Juarez, where local authorities say he resisted arrest. He is charged with killing Salome Rodriguez, Jr. while he was off-duty in mid-March. Solis then fled the country, leaving his father to be charged with lying about his son’s whereabouts.
