Colin Kaepernick, the 49ers quarterback, Ricardo Lockette of the Seattle Seahawks and Quinton Patton of the 49ers are being investigated after an incident in a Miami hotel room which allegedly left a woman in hospital. According to an incident report filed to the police, the woman, who has a sexual relationship with Kaepernick, woke up in a hospital bed after taking drugs and alcohol with the NFL players. She said she was told by the men to “'hit’ the bong which contained marijuana,” which made her feel lightheaded. She claims that Kaepernick undressed her before the other men entered the hotel room. The players have not been charged with any crime.
