Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's union policies were so controversial within his state that they landed him in the middle of a recall election. Yet at least some union members want to keep Walker in office—those who are not affected by his near ban on collective-bargaining rights. The Milwaukee police officers' union and the union representing Milwaukee firefighters gave the embattled governor their support Monday, reaffirming their endorsement from his 2010 election.
