The L.A. County Sheriff's Department has determined that Caitlyn Jenner violated California's vehicular manslaughter law during a fatal crash in February this year. The department found that Jenner was going too fast for traffic conditions and slammed into a Lexus setting off a chain of events that led to motorist's death.
