The California Supreme Court denied a request by Bill Cosby, who is currently accused of sexually assaulting some 37 women, to review a case by one of his accusers. Therefore, 55-year-old Judith Huth, who claims she was 15 years old when Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion, can continue to trial. Huth’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, told TMZ that she plans to press Cosby on all 37 women during a deposition she is requesting today. She will give Cosby 30 days to speak or risk the possibility of being held in contempt. She also plans to video tape it.
