Bill Cosby has filed suit against one of his accusers, charging she violated a confidentiality agreement from their 2006 civil settlement. The lawsuit was filed Feb. 1 against former Temple University basketball official Andrea Constand and her lawyers—one day before a pretrial hearing on the criminal case against Cosby, who is now 78. Constand has said Cosby sexually assaulted her in his home more than a decade ago. He was charged with aggravated indecent assault when the case was reopened last year. The 2006 settlement between Constand and Cosby in her civil case against him included a financial sum, but the details surrounding the agreement have never been made public.
