A judge has ordered Bill Cosby to testify in a defamation lawsuit brought against him by model Janice Dickinson for denying that he raped her. Judge Debre Katz Weintraub ruled Dickinson’s lawyer can depose Cosby and his ex-lawyer in an effort to prove that his denial of sexual-assault allegations was “malicious.” The narrow ruling means Cosby won’t be questioned about the dozens of other sexual-assault allegations against him.
