Dr. Dolphin does have a nice ring to it, but a North Carolina couple has taken their reverence of the marine creatures too far—with plans to have dolphins help with the delivery of their baby. They're heading to The Sirius Institute in Hawaii where dolphins are said to assist in the labor and delivery process. Unfortunately, experts note dolphins can be dangerous and aggressive animals. “It is about reconnecting as humans with the dolphins so we can coexist in this world together and learn from one another,” mom-to-be Heather Barrington told the Charlotte Observer. Or in the words of Discover Magazine, "DEAR GOD. NO. JUST. NO."
